We are pleased to announce that Gateway Employment celebrated the fourth anniversary of the Good Morning Coffee Cart ~ located in the Montgomery County Human Service Center. We have received tremendous support and met many new friends through this venture.
Several of Gateway’s program participants have received training and experience while working on the cart that has allowed them to move on to new positions. Others have found their niche, and have been dedicated cart employees since we’ve opened!
We are very happy to report that we are planning to extend the operating hours and menu items to include lunch! We are currently seeking individuals interested in transitional employment experiences as well as long-term employment to fill staffing needs for the afternoon shifts!
